Achievements of the Group
- Enhanced the development of the “GREENBOX” public welfare IP by implementing programs including the“Recycling Initiative” and “Footwear and Apparel Renewal Initiative:”. These efforts have collectively gathered over 2 tonnes of used clothing, reducing carbon emissions by approximately 8 tonnes.

- More than 85% of the Group’s revenue was generated by selling products from Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) certified sports brands.
- Standardized the use and management of chemicals in the production process of FOSS brand products by referring to the Self-owned Product Restricted Substances List of FOSS Brand and Overview of Self-owned Product Development and Production Process of FOSS Brand.
- Conducted consumer research on online e-commerce platforms, achieving a satisfaction rate of 89.7%.
- Our information security system has obtained Level-3 Security Certification in China, covering all business activities of the Group; and the Group conducts a minimum of one external independent audit each year.
- Revised the Privacy Statement to include security measures and compliance risks related to emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI).

- Established a carbon reduction target, planning to reduce absolute greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1 and Scope 2) by 40.2% by financial year 2034/2035 (with financial year 2024/25 as the baseline year).
- Conducted the initial inventory of Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions, examining the potential for emission reductions throughout the value chain.
- Direct energy consumption, water usage, and packaging material usage decreased by 3.4%, 14.0%, and 41.8% respectively compared to the previous financial year.
- By the end of this financial year, the Group had established distribution partnerships with 20+ brand partners and procured environmentally friendly products from over 50% of brand partners.
- More than 70% of brand partners or their parent companies have established carbon reduction goals.
- Over 50% of brand partners or their parent companies have set carbon neutrality targets for 2050.
- Over 99% of the leather raw materials used by one of our principle brand partners* are audited in accordance with the Leather Working Group (LWG) protocol. Additionally, the principle partner is committed to achieving deforestation-free and conversion-free leather supply chains by 2030.
- A 悟空体育’ store has received the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification for the first time, further advancing new green retail standards in collaboration with brand partners.

- All directly-operated stores uniformly used shopping bags made of 100% degradable all-wood pulp white kraft paper.
- Implemented the Supplier Code of Conduct, which outlines guidelines for responsible raw material procurement, ensuring that all products are sourced from compliant and sustainable channels.
- Continue to deepen low-carbon collaboration with logistics partners, comprehensively promote energy-saving renovations of warehousing facilities, the application of green packaging materials, and the construction of new-energy transportation fleets, thereby reducing the carbon footprint in the process of product storage and distribution.

- The company employs 27,279 staff members from 35 ethnic groups, including nearly 1,500 employees from minority backgrounds, which accounts for over 5% of the total workforce.
- By the end of the financial year, women made up 83.0% of the Group’s employees.
- During this financial year, the Group conducted approximately 500 online learning projects and held nearly 230 offline training activities, with total training hours exceeding 2.66 million hours and training coverage exceeding 95%.
